国外买品牌机都是这样
你 可以 尝试下面操作
点 start ,>control panel>Clock language,and region> change the country or region,
然后选择 Regional and language opintion,把location 里面选择 china,adminstrative里面,change systrm locale..选择CHinese (PRC)
Formats 里面 的current format 选择chinese.
