它是把姐姐的和KATE的两条裙子当成一个整体来和TOY的裙子比较,等于在两者之间,所以用比较级.

D
her sister's and Kate 's 她们各自的裙子
若选B 表明她们两人合穿一条裙子

C.her sister and Kate's 如果是选这个的话，就是这 她姐姐和凯特共同拥有的一条裙子
这里不是三者的比较，her sister's and Kate 's是并列的

是选D 有than 就用比较级
另外ab表达 都不对 没有这么说的
c 的意思是 一个东西属于几个人共有 所以不可能两个人一件裙子 又没说在旧社会 呵呵

答案是D
多余三者的比较也可以用比较级，没有问题的。
例如：He is taller than everyone else in his class.

D 比如说，我比我的姐姐和妹妹都高、都重，汉语中也可以这样说。最高级确实需要某个范围，比如...the most/best ..in/ among
