I guess that everyone have cried once or more.I haven't cried for seven years since the last time I cried when I was 7 years old.
At that time I was a fat girl,who was always teased by others.One time,my English teacher asked us to make sentence like this:"sb is the most beautiful one in my heart.".Then a boy stood up ,pointed at me and said:" She is the ugliest one in my heart." when the teacher asked him why,he said that because she was too fat.Suddenly I burst into tears.After that class,the teacher said to me that the only way to avoid sadness is to change yourself but not cry.
From then on,I have been doing everything I can to lose weight,and have not cried even once.
