I am writing to remind you that the deadline for meeting the conditions of your offer of admission is June 30,2012.The conditions of your offer are clearly outlined in your offer letter so please review it carefully to ensure that you comply.
Please note that admission averages are calculated to two decimal points and we do not round up.Your final admission average will be based on your six best Grade 12 U/M courses including those courses required for your Program.
The rescind process will not begin until the middle of July when we start to receive final grades and other academic information from the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC).However,because you will receive your final grades and confirmation of OSSD in a few weeks,you will be in a position to know whether you have met the conditions of your offer well before we do.You are responsible to check all your conditions against your results at the end of June.Failure to meet one or more of the conditions in your offer letter will result in your offer being rescinded.
McMaster has been a popular choice for graduating high school students this year so we will not have any flexibility to make exceptions or to extend the June 30th deadline to include summer school or online course results.
