1、由受益人出具的表明日期并签字盖章的商业发票1正7副,内容和2011年5月15日的号码为bt110601的形式发票一致.发票必须载明：货物revimport编号、数量、单价、货描,货物描述必须用法语.
2、全套由geodis签发的已装船可转让海运提单,表明集装箱数量,指示性抬头,空白背书,注明运费到付.通知人：revimport sas .提单签发后任何批注（已装船、或者船名、日期）必须载明签发人在签发提单时的签章和签字,禁止使用受美国/欧洲/联合国制裁的船公司和/或船只进行装运.
3、正本表明日期的由官方签字盖章的中华人民共和国普惠制原产地证书（GSP FORM A）.
