芬兰的妖怪重金属摇滚乐团Lordi,演唱此曲获得2006年的欧洲歌唱大赛冠军. 
不认同与批判Lordi 的人认为, Lordi 是搞魔鬼撒旦崇拜、是妖邪歪道、与上帝教义不合. 
Lordi一再强调,如果大家去听或是去看他的作品就会发现,他从来不搞魔鬼崇拜,因为没有一个魔鬼崇拜者会写出「魔鬼是个大输家」(Devil is a Loser) 及「天佑摇滚」(Hard Rock Hallelujah) 这样的曲目. 
Lordi在欧洲歌唱大赛的胜出,也是摇滚乐与重金属乐的一大胜利,因为各种乐风和呈现方式,终于受到普罗大众更平等的对待和赞赏.
