first i will calm myself down by some point, when i am having this kind of feeling! sometimes i ask about myself, what make things so complicated, maybe i am not confident enough, when things happened, we often blaem others, we are not used to finding problems from ourselfs, so it makes it more frustrated disappointed or upset, for sure that before we start to blaem others, we should exam ourselfs first.
