1、if的倒装句,可以把if省去
这个句子是if假设条件句,而不是虚拟语气,所以按照主句的意思,是用将来时
2、这句是虚拟语气,but for (假定没有)=without
without = if it were not for….对于现在
if it had not been for….对于过去
3、sales和disappointing中间为什么不加were,这个是考察平行结构,并列连词and,but,as well as,or,or else,both … and,neither … nor,either … or,not only … but (also),rather than等以及从属连词than可连接两个对等的词和对等的结构.
这句话没有表示过去完成的意思吧,只是用过去的时态表示一个事实而已
4、这句话我不知道怎么解释,因为我感觉就是这样,我同学是说,因为前面已经有主语了,如果后面再加一个were就变成有两个动词,这样应该不符合.但我觉得这个说法似乎不够全面.语法这种东西我一般都不怎么会说,只能说语感比较重要.
5、 应该是on the ground of its not being 这里考的是one's doing结构.
