桂林山水甲天下
早就听说，桂林的景色非常美，去年“五一”，妈妈带我到桂林去玩，我高兴极了！
5月2日，我们乘火车到达了梦寐以求的桂林。
桂林桂林，桂树成林；桂花桂花，桂花飘香，这就是桂林的由来。
俗话说，“桂林山水甲天下”。的确如此，今天，我有幸揭开了桂林的真实面纱，领略到了这奇丽的风光。桂林有四大奇观：山清、水秀、洞奇、石美。这里仅仅介绍青山、绿水、岩洞三大景观。
首先，我们来到了象鼻山和叠彩山。
象鼻山在漓江上面，是桂林的城徽。在山的左下方，有一个洞，是由大象的鼻子和左前腿组成。山的姿态正好像一只大象在河中吸水。在漓江水涨满的时候，它又像一轮满月浮在江面，波光粼粼。象鼻山旁边还有很多风景区，如：爱情岛等。
叠彩山，是桂林市内风景荟萃之地，包括于越山、四望山、明月山和鹤山峰。因山石重叠，在灌木和花草的衬托下，显得五彩斑斓，故而得名。传说能一口气爬到山顶的人可以活到130岁，爬到半山风洞口，可以活到99岁。半山腰中的洞叫“太级阁”，其中的摩崖造像和石刻是旅游人观赏的好地方，艺术价值很高。我们一口气爬到了山顶。站在山顶朝下俯视，桂林城全景尽收眼底：漓江、解放桥、中正桥、伏波山、象鼻山等都能清晰地看见，难怪古人称此“江山会景处”。
5月3日，我们从阳朔到杨堤坐了4个多小时的船，逆流而上，游览了漓江。漓江是珠江的主干流，全长437公里，漓江的水清凌凌得，哗哗地流着，一望无际，像无边无际的白色“大草原”。
