1.很多时候反义疑问句的反问是根据意思来提问的,而不是看助动词.这句话中“我认为他那天不会做这样愚蠢的事情,他这样做了吗?“could+have+done”是虚拟语气,表示对过去事情的假设,意思是本来能够做某事而没有做.所以反问的时候是对事实上的提问,应该是一般过去时did
2.意思上是有区别的：as是虽然,while是然而
用法也不同：as引导的的让步状语从句,语序为部分倒装：Small as it was……、Try as I might…… while就不用倒装
3.如果这一段时间是从过去的一个时间到过去的另一个时间,那么久可以用一般过去时,因为现在完成时必须是从过去某个时间到现在.
4.where是状语从句,相当于in the places which the west lake lies ,后面的从句有一个倒装
