1.Is this museum ____they visited yesterday?
先将它转化成陈述句：
This museum is ______ they visited yesterday.
This museum 是不能分的,因此句子缺表语,我们填上the one作表语,后面是一个省略了关系代词的定语从句,因为关系代词在从句中充当及物动词visited的宾语,可以省略.
2.Is this the museum ____they visited yesterday?
转换成陈述句,This is the museum ____ they visited yesterday.
visited是及物动词定语从句缺宾语,因此要填关系代词which,that.也可以不填.
3.Is this museum ____they stayed yesterday?
转换成陈述句,This museum is ____ they stayed yesterday.
这句话缺表语,本来应该加上the one作表语,再用 where来引导一个定语从句,（因为定语从句中的谓语动词是个不及物动词,从句不缺宾语,缺状语因此不能用关系代词而要用关系副词where）但是因为where引导的从句不仅可以充当定语从句,也可以充当表语从句,因此可以把the one省去,变成这样一个句子：This museum is where they stayed yesterday.(这里的where引导的是表语从句,不是定语从句.）
4,Is this the museum ____they stayed yesterday?
转换成陈述句,This is the museum _____ they stayed yesterday.
本句不缺表语,因此museum后面的是定语从句,由于stay是不及物动词,句中不缺宾语而缺地点状语因此不能用关系代词,要用关系副词where来引导定语从句.
5.Is this museum ____you visited yesterday beautiful?
转换成陈述句,This museum _____ you visited yesterday is beautiful.
这句话的基本结构是：This museum is beautiful.
you visited yesterday 是定语从句修饰主语This museum,因为从句缺宾语,因此可填which,that也可不填.
6.It was the museum____you saw many treasures.
这句话中的定语从句中的谓语动词虽然是及物动词,但是句子主谓宾齐全,只缺状语,因此要用where来引导定语从句.
7.It was in the museum _____you saw many treasures.
这是一个强调句,只能用that来引导.
8.It was in the museum ____you dropped in that you saw many treasures.
这是一个带有定语从句的强调句.如果把定语从句去掉我们就会更好的来理解这个强调结构：It was in the museum that you saw many treasures.
you dropped in 是the museum的定语从句.
下面再来分析这个定语从句：
dropped in 意思是“顺便走访”,其中的in是副词不是介词,不能跟宾语.如果说“顺便走访某地”要写成dropped in at.
由于原句dropped in 后面没有介词at,因此该句缺的不是宾语而是状语我们要填where.
如果dropped in 句改成dropped in at这句话就缺介词at的宾语,关系词就要改成：which,that或省略不填,像第二句和第五句一样.
