Jiaozi is a Chinese dumpling,widely popular in China and Japan.Jiaozi consist of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough.Jiaozi are usually eaten with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce (and/or hot chili sauce).I really like it.

At the Sping Festival which is the biggest traditional festival,people who live in the north of China will eat a speciall food,it`s called"jiao zi".Do you want to have a try?how to make it in your hometown?let me tell you.
First,you shold mix the flour and the water,make them be the paste.
Second,make the paste like the stick,then cut the stick to the bit.make the bits round,and squash them.use the tool to make the squashed bit to be the Dumpling skin.Third,you should make the dumpling stuffing.the stuffing rely on your teste.Chinese usually use the pork and the cabbage to make the stuffing.don`t forget putting the seasoning in the stuffing. the next ,you should cook the dumpling.make the water boiling,and throw the dumpling in the water.when the water boiling again,add a bowl of water.repeat the same action three time(the water should boil three times and you should add water three times ),the dumpling is ok.
