2009年实验室实验室人员10人完成了4072个样品的测试,及时率完成率为92.81%,而2010年实验室人员8人,到11月30日为止就已经完成了7157个样品的测试,及时完成率为95.33%.
实验室于1月份顺利通过了实验室认可监督评审,继续保持了实验室的认可状态；于3月份开展了实验室内审工作,并对内审中发现的不符合项工作及时地进行了整改,使实验室运行更加符合认可准则要求；4月份进行了实验室管理评审,改进了实验室管理体系.
对于测试能力和技术方面,已完成了实验室所有质量控制计划的8项测试工作,并出具报告作出评价,还参加了认可委组织的ca的能力验证活动,结果满意顺利通过该项目的验证；组织了13次关于技术能力方面的培训,提高了测试人员的测试能力和技术水平,可以更好的为公司服务.

The 10 staff in the laboratory completed 4072 pcs samples' test in 2009, the timely finished rate was 92.81%; but in 2010, there are only 8 staff in the labratory, completed 7157 pcs samples' test by the end of November, the timely finished rate was 95.33%.
The labratory has passed the accreditation audit in January and stay the situation untill now; the internal audit was held in March, and corrected the non-conformities immediately, to apply to accreditation criteria requirements further; in April, we processed a assessment for management systerm, improved the managing systerm.
According to test capacity and technology, we have already finished 8 test items of all the qualoty conttrol plan totally, and made reports for reviewing, as well as participated in capaity verify activity which was held by the Accreditation Board, and finally we passed the audit with high satisfaction. We orgnized training about technology for 13 times, in order to improve our testers' technical ability, then can provide better services for out company.
