我的看法：第一,从意思上看,不是推测,因为这不需要推测.也不是虚拟,因为这里是解释原因吧.但是有人说有otherwise.有这个单词就一定要虚拟吗?总之有点晕?
2、因为此题肯定不是推测,所以must have done 我觉得就可以用于疑问句了.那么C项为什么不对呢?还有A项目与D项.总觉得都对.
